The Sentra takes good care of its passengers, and there's a decent amount of legroom in both rows. Dual-zone automatic climate control is found on many trims, with a heated steering wheel and heated seats available on premium models as well. The Sentra comes standard with cloth seats, and premium or sport cloth seats are available in the mid-level trims. More premium Sentra's have Prima-Tex upholstery, a synthetic leather. Other available features include an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a power-adjustable driver's seat with power lumbar support, and a smart key system with push-button ignition.
The 2022 Nissan Sentra showcases a sporty, attractive exterior with desirable features. Every trim comes with automatic headlights, LED daytime running lights, headlights, and fog lights, and the option between 16-, 17-, or 18-inch wheels are available. Premium trims can be equipped with a power moonroof, making a big difference in making the cabin feel more open. Select models have sporty elements, such as a rear spoiler, side sill extensions, and a chrome exhaust finisher.
The first two trims, the S and S Plus, have seven-inch touchscreens, while the others have eight-inch ones. Front and rear stabilizer bars, an independent strut front suspension, and multi-link rear suspension can smooth things out. The Sentra is available with either a manual or an automatic transmission. The S trim is only offered with a six-speed manual transmission. All the others in the lineup, except for the SR, come with Xtronic continuously variable transmissions. The SR can be set up with either transmission type.
